Stiq is a personal health tracking tool for injectable medications. It provides dose logging, pharmacokinetic concentration estimates, and reminder functionality.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Stiq is not a medical device. The concentration curves and estimates provided are based on general pharmacokinetic models and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding your medications.

4. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.

5. Payments and Refunds

Premium is a one-time purchase. Pro is a monthly subscription. All payments are processed through our payment provider. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

Stiq and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stiq and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Data

Your data belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stiq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
