Overview

Stiq ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data when you use our injection tracking application.

Data Collection

Data Stored Locally

By default, all your health and injection data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.

Cloud Sync (Pro Plan)

If you choose to enable cloud sync, your data is encrypted end-to-end before being transmitted to our servers. We cannot read or access your synced data.

Analytics

We collect minimal, anonymized usage analytics (e.g., app opens, feature usage) to improve the product. No health data is ever included in analytics. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Period.

Data Retention

Local data persists until you delete the app or clear your data. Cloud sync data is retained for the duration of your Pro subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data at any time. For locally stored data, you can do this directly within the app. For cloud-synced data, contact us at [email protected].

Security

We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare's global network.

Children's Privacy

Stiq is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes through the app or via email.
